Arena Seating Regulations:
Athletes CAN NOT be seated on 1st floor area during Elite Level 10 Junior/Senior session. All athletes will be seated on the 2nd story balcony for the Elite session. Paid ticket holders with color coded wrist bands will be allotted on main floor seating. Gymnasts, Coaches, Officials Must wear credentials to access event venue at all times and assigned strictly to marked areas. Athlete seating for the main floor can be purchased. No assigned seating.
NOTE: Prior to Level 10 competition - ALL spectators will be asked to leave the arena will the event committee prepare the competition arena for television broadcast. Ticket holders will be allowed into the arena FIRST.
VIP ticket holders are NOT required to leave at any time. Athletes with authenticated badges will be allowed in last for remaining seats (if available). We strongly recommend purchasing tickets for Saturday and
Sunday as we plan to be fully sold-out!

Photography/Videography:
For safety reasons, flash photography is not allowed. SMALL hand held cameras for Personal (non-commercial) use will be permitted at the discretion of the LA Lights Event Committee. Large lens cameras, tripods, and bulky equipment is not allowed in the facility at any time. Re-sale photography is not permitted without the direct and written consent of the Event Committee of the LA Lights Tournament of Champions. Re-sale pre and post material of the LA Lights competitors, competition arena and/or logos within the event without written consent of the LA Lights Committee are subject to violation.
LA Lights committee will be very cautious of large lens cameras and long standing individuals with bulky camera equipment. Re-sale of LA Lights material of ANY kind is in violation of local, state and Federal law.
Crowd Manners:
Please be respectful to your "seated neighbor." We would like for everyone to experience an enjoyable event. Any inappropriate behavior, language, or violation of standing, shouting, or poor meet manners will result in removal from the facility without refund. Seating is based on a first-some first-serve basis
- "seat saving" will not be permitted. Athletes are not allotted to sit in walk-ways or wood floor areas on the competition floor at any time. Athletes, coaches and officials are not allotted to crowd in corners and entry areas throughout the competition floor. All spectators must be in the seated audience area or in the designated warm-up areas. Please remove your personal trash, belongings, equipment, music, leotards and all items prior to departing the venue.
The LA Lights committee is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items.
Scoring Table:
Coaches can not approach the scoring management team during the event without the consent of the Meet Referee. Questions about scoring can be designated through a club registered coach. Due to the number of competitors, parents must communicate any questions through a club coach. Once communicated, a club coach must speak directly to the Meet Director. Any violation or direct contact with the Scoring Team will result in a violation. Judges may not be contacted directly in any capacity without the consent of the Meet Director.
Music:
Music will be dropped in a marked box and can be picked up at the end of the competitive day. A coach representative must be assigned to retrieve music for each club. Athletes will not be allowed to gather around the stage or audio areas at any time. All music must be in CD form and tested prior to the competition date for accuracy. LA Lights committee is not responsible for copied, scratched, or damaged music. We strongly recommend multiple copies are available as a replacement for routine music on all optional events. Audio testing is available on Thursday, January 22, 2009 from 1pm-4pm at Veterans Sports Complex.
Please keep in mind that the LA Lights Tournament of Champions is operated in whole as a volunteer and charitable program. LA Lights committee host this event for the benefit of its participants and the enjoyment of fans who appreciate and respect the sport of rhythmic gymnastics. We appreciate your cooperation and respect for orderly conduct by all. We thank you for your involvement and participation in the 2009 LA Lights Tournament of Olympic and World Champions.
